Up to 128 preset positions can be programmed and stored in each dome, these can be recalled manually, as part of a tour, or triggered by one of the six local alarm inputs. All data is saved in non-volatile memory so the dome will revert to previous operation after any power loss, additionally the dome will still respond to alarm inputs even if the communication cable is disconnected for any reason.
Installation is fast and simple with push fit connections for RS-485 telemetry and alarms, twist and lock mounting onto the base plate and an external PSU. Each Fast Dome is addressed via a dip-switch with direct connection to a control keyboard, via a matrix and even from a PC.Absmart V-Guard DVR support internal control by a mouse.
For the internal applications there are two options for ceiling mounting: either embedded (false ceiling) or attached (fixed ceiling). Only a small ceiling void is needed for the embedded mount and this leaves only the lower tinted cover of the dome showing, making a discreet and attractive installation. |
